Must-see FCC film premiere

Happy mid-April!

 

We have three quick updates:

1. If you have 3-4 min, make sure to fill out this survey in the next 24 hours. We are going to select projects/shape the group based on the responses.

 

2. We're looking forward to catching up over breakfast this weekend (Saturday 9am Northside Social). We'll then head over to City Hall for the Spring Community Clean Up. We will have some free pastries  for those who show up early!

 

3. Finally, if you only do one more thing this spring, we'd strongly suggest joining us for the FCC premiere of Pete Davis' documentary JOIN OR DIE on May 5th at 2pm.

It focuses on community in America, the loneliness epidemic, and Robert Putnam's famed "Bowling Alone" research. It officially premiered at SXSW last year (and it's one of the best documentaries we've seen). We'll also plan a hang out before/after the film.
