Here's a taste of what we've worked on in the past year
We've organized everything from a summer lentil potluck to a circus party, as a fun way for neighbors to get to know one another
We took over Park Ave in costume as part of our Kidical Mass Bike Ride
We explored Falls Church by bike and enjoyed delicious eats from many different restaurants around town
We've hosted speakers on the topics of housing, AARP Livable Cities, Community Business, demographics and more!
We organized a holiday gift wrapping event with Welcoming Falls Church to help package gifts for refugees and others in the community
We celebrated a kickoff to summer with s'mores at Cherry Hill Park
We helped organize an electric appliance expo, where neighbors got to learn about solar, induction ranges, electric lawn equipment, EVs and more
We helped paint crosswalks across the city, adding both a boost of color and safety to our streets
We try to meet up once a month, whether it's a movie screening, a community clean up or a social hangout
