Civics Bootcamp, ADU final vote, and Brown's celebration
Hello!
We hope you're enjoying this first taste of spring!
Here's what's coming up this month and beyond:

⚖️
🏛️🏫
Civics Bootcamp
Sunday March 23rd 2-4pm
Wondering how you can make a difference right now? Or, how to build and strengthen the community around you? Join our bootcamp to flex your civic muscles and learn how you can make a big impact in our Little City. Civics Bootcamp will provide information on how our local government operates and ways to actively participate in shaping the services and policies that affect our everyday life. Come sharpen your skills in navigating city information and make some new friends in the process. RSVP here.

🏘️ Accessory Dwellings Final Vote
This is your last chance to speak up about Accessory Dwellings -- let the City Council know your thoughts on providing more opportunities for neighbors of all ages, incomes, and family sizes to live, work, learn, return, and retire here. Your voice is needed to shape the city, so save the dates to speak at a meeting or send a letter. For an easy email template, see this one that Matt and Robin have drafted.
The next two meetings are:
March 10 7:30pm City Hall: City Council Final Work Session
April 14 7:30pm City Hall: City Council Final Consideration
🛠️🛷Brown's Hardware Celebration
Friday March 28th 6-9pm at Clare & Don's
Join us as we celebrate 142 years of Brown's Hardware in the Little City. Commemorate the values from the past that we want to continue bringing forward, with speeches, trivia and a white elephant gift exchange. Get your custom shirts here and RSVP here (or let us know if you would be interested in helping sponsor the event). We are looking for a few hands-on volunteers on the 28th-- if you can help, please reply to this email.

Hope to see you all soon!
