What is our vision?

We believe that everyone should have access to a safe and secure home, no matter their age, income, ability or life stage. We advocate for housing policies that will encourage the creation of a range of housing types so we can meet the needs of everyone in our community.

What does it look like?

• Accessory dwelling units
• Duplexes, triplexes, quadruplexes
• Single family homes
• Multifamily buildings
• Small condo buildings

Who does it help?

• Existing homeowners who would like to downsize but remain in Falls Church
• Young adults who would like to live in the town they grew up in
• People with caregiving responsibilities for children or aging parents
